In the Internet Age, taking any object online whether living or non-living is quite easy.
The bigger catch always is how to use internet/digital channels efficiently leveraging the most from the media and driving an actionable goal.

Primary Steps (Generic to all the business)
1. Define a Target Audience.
2. Locate your audience on any of the prominent channels (Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, pinterest, reddit, etc.)
3. Advertise, and optimise.
4. Drive results (Online/Offline Sale)
Certainly driving sales is a complex task, before expecting high ROI basis the above steps.
One must try to 1st drive attention, 2nd reduce the ad visibility only to people who shows interest, 3rd filter down audience who is actually desiring subject product before 4th driving successful action/objective/sales from the audience.
AIDA- Attention, Interest, Desire, Action.
Attention - the product one intend to sell must attract attention of the audience/customers.
Interest - Once the attention is achieved, workout methods to increase interest in the product/service. This can be done using variety of digital assets(Video/Creatives etc.)
Desire - Upon successful completion of A & I. Now the product/service's desire to be aroused, persuading audience by showing variety of features of the subject offering.
Action - As soon as desire is identified, it must be transferred into an actionable objective/sales.
